Certificate of authenticity

The certificate confirms that the piece is registered in the Amber Shield registry with the stated specifications and that its chip is genuine. Reliable verification means tapping the chip directly, not relying on forwarded links or screenshots.

Tampering with the chip

Removing or tampering with the emblem or chip voids the authentication. We may suspend any chip that has been tampered with or reported lost.

Ownership transfer

Ownership records are updated only by the Amber Shield team, with the current owner present at our office or on a video call if outside Kuwait, after confirming their consent and verifying the new owner's ID. Video-call transfers require tapping the misbaha's chip live on camera to prove possession.

The transfer fee is 10.000 KWD per misbaha and is non-refundable once the transfer is complete. The first transfer within 14 days of buying from Amber Shield is free. Amber Shield may refuse a transfer if ownership is in doubt or the piece has been reported.

AI customer service

The AI assistant provides general information and may make mistakes. Only what the Amber Shield team confirms in writing is binding.
