Sales & returns
Sales & returns policy
Last updated: 2026. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait, including Consumer Protection Law No. 39 of 2014 and its executive regulations, and Electronic Transactions Law No. 20 of 2014. Where any clause here conflicts with a right the law grants to consumers, the law prevails. The Arabic version prevails in case of any difference.
1. Prices and payment
- All prices are in Kuwaiti dinars and are the final amount due for the piece unless stated otherwise.
- Every purchase comes with an official invoice listing the misbaha's specifications (stone type, weight, number of beads, size) and price; it is the reference for any later claim.
- Ownership is transferred and registered to the buyer only after full payment.
2. Product descriptions
- We describe every piece as it is: stone type, exact weight, size, shape, and the craftsman's name where available.
- Pieces are handmade from a natural material, so color and inclusions may differ slightly from photos depending on lighting and screens; this is not a defect.
3. Delivery and shipping
- Within Kuwait, pieces are collected from our office or delivered as agreed when ordering.
- For shipping outside Kuwait, the buyer pays shipping, customs and local taxes unless agreed otherwise; we recommend insured shipping for premium pieces.
- Please inspect the piece on delivery and report any shipping damage immediately.
4. Exchanges and returns
- The buyer may exchange or return a piece for a refund within 14 days of receipt, provided that:
- the piece is in its original condition, with no breakage, scratches or alterations;
- the original invoice is presented together with the box, certificate and accessories;
- for chip-certified pieces, the emblem and chip are intact and have not been removed or tampered with.
- Refunds are made to the original payment method within a reasonable time after we receive and inspect the piece; the chip is then suspended or re-registered to Amber Shield.
- Custom-made pieces (made to the buyer's specifications) can only be returned if defective or not as agreed, without prejudice to the law.
5. Defects and non-conformity
- If a piece has a defect that was not disclosed at the sale, or does not match its invoice, the buyer may request repair, replacement or a full refund at no cost.
- Authenticity guarantee: if an accredited laboratory report shows the stone is not the type stated on the invoice, we refund the full price when the piece is returned.
- This does not cover damage caused after delivery by misuse, dropping, extreme heat, chemicals or perfumes.
6. Digital certificate and chip
- Premium chip-certified pieces are registered to the buyer after purchase, with a digital certificate of authenticity.
- Later changes of ownership follow our ownership transfer procedure and fee.
7. Complaints
We aim to resolve any concern quickly and amicably through our contact page. Consumers may in all cases file a complaint with the Consumer Protection Department of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry.
