What we store

Misbaha data: specifications, photos, turning date and craftsman's name.
Ownership data: names of the first and current owners and the transfer history, stored encrypted.
Verifications: time and result of each check, with an encrypted fingerprint of the IP address to detect fraud. We don't store the address itself.
Shop launch list: your email address only, stored encrypted.
Customer service chats: sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate replies. We don't store them in our databases.

Owner names appear abbreviated on certificates (e.g. Mohammed A. K.), unless the owner asks for the full name to be shown.

We don't sell your data or share it for marketing.

You can ask us to correct your data or remove you from the launch list at any time through the contact page.

We don't use tracking or advertising cookies. We only remember your language and light/dark preference on your device.
