Ownership transfer
When a certified misbaha is sold or gifted, its ownership record and certificate are updated to the new owner, so its value and verified history go with it.
Two ways to transfer
- Office visitThe current and new owners come in with the misbaha; we inspect the piece and complete the transfer in minutes.
- Video call (outside Kuwait)We book a call, and the owner taps the misbaha's chip with their phone on camera, so our system instantly confirms the genuine chip is in their hands.
What we need
- The current owner's consentIn person or on the call.
- The new owner's IDFor verification, plus a contact phone number.
- The misbaha itselfTo inspect it or tap the chip live.
Fee
10.000 KWD
Per misbaha, payable before the appointment for video calls.
The first transfer within 14 days of buying from Amber Shield is free — for example when you buy it as a gift.
Both parties receive an official transfer receipt, and the certificate shows the new owner immediately. The fee is non-refundable once the transfer is complete.
