FAQ
FAQ
Do all misbahas come with a chip?
No. The chip is reserved for premium, high-value misbahas, which are marked "NFC certified" in the shop. Other misbahas are sold with an official invoice listing their specifications.
Do I need an app to verify?
No. iPhone (XS and newer) and most Android phones read the chip directly and open the certificate in the browser.
I see "link already used" — what does it mean?
You opened an old (saved or forwarded) link. Tap the emblem again to see the certificate. If a seller sent you the link instead of letting you tap the misbaha yourself, don't rely on it.
I see "Not verified"?
It means verification failed: the chip may not be genuine or the link was altered. Don't complete the purchase before contacting us.
I bought a pre-owned misbaha. How do I transfer ownership?
The transfer is done with the previous owner at our office, or by video call if you're outside Kuwait, for a small fee. Your name appears abbreviated on the certificate to protect your privacy. Procedure details
Does the chip affect the misbaha or need charging?
No. The chip is tiny, has no battery, only wakes up when a phone touches it, and is built to last for many years.
I lost my misbaha. What should I do?
Report it right away. We suspend the chip, and anyone who checks it afterwards will see it was reported.
